Interests/Hobbies

At the moment I am interested both Cybersecurity and IT in general as well as locksport or lock picking. More specific I am interested in Networking and Information Security.

I chose Cybersecurity because I like the aspect of security. I’ve always been interested in how people keep hackers out. “Hacking” has been kind of a dubious term and I want to know what they do and how they do it. I also want to figure out how computers and networks really work.

Biographical Sketch

While generally new to the field I have a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. I can use Microsoft Office decently. I can type decently fast. I have used, troubleshot and built windows computers so I feel confident in using them.

Plans for the Future

I plan on hopefully either going back to WSU or to the UofU after I finish and hopefully land a job, maybe even one that can help with my tuition. I plan on getting a bachelors and maybe even a masters in CS, cybersecurity or a similar field.
